 \nSilona Bonewald.\nSilona is a known troublemaker in the technical and pol
 itical realms. \nFrom designing and programming large political databases i
 n 1989 in dBase3+ to her current work creating a free open source social ne
 twork backbone for the transparent government project. \nShe loves creating
  and architecting in the Web 2.0+ world and compulsively joins every social
  network she can find. Silona.com and founder of leagueoftechnicalvoters.or
 g where she has thrown several Open Source Codeathons. \n\nShe also current
 ly sits on the board of tano.org and was a Dewey Winburne Award Nominee. An
 d has lobbied on cyber liberties for the ACLU\, EFF and EFF-austin. She thr
 ows a MAD SXSW party too!\n\nScott Allen.\n\nEve Richter\nEve Richter is th
 e Emerging Technologies Coordinator in the Economic Development Division at
  the City of Austin.  In that capacity she helps small businesses\, startup
 s\, entrepreneurs and individuals in the tech sectors to grow and be succes
 sful in the Austin community.  She also works to bring new businesses in he
 r target industries to the City.  She refers to her work as 50% business co
 nsulting\, 50% sales and marketing\, and 50% miscellaneous weirdness.\n\nIf
