CRM: What is it and how it can benefit your organization

It's summer time, for our Net Tuesday meetup this month we have booked a roof top venue that will allow us to catch some rays and enjoy the weather while learning about technology.

In this web 2.0 world, we have all heard of CRMs, but what are they really? Constituent Relationship Management applications are technologies used to help enhance the relationships with all different constituent groups who interact with an organization. These groups include donors, funders, partners, volunteers, clients, sponsors, suppliers, and all other people who help a nonprofit to achieve its mission.

Join us for a session where we look at some of the popular CRMs out there and how it can benefit a nonprofit organization. We have a wonderful panel of specialists from Wild Apricot, SalesForce and CiviCRM that will be on hand to discuss the CRMs in detail .

So come join us on the roof top of our new venue and marvel at what technology can do! We would ask however, when you RSVP to give us your full name so we can register you as a guest for the event with security. Thanks!

    That's correct Cat. We choose a different location for this month to make it more fun and we had trouble booking the location for this date at CSI. :-) We will be back to hosting the event at CSI in the future.
