To those who RSVP'd "Yes" or "Maybe" for this Net Tuesday (Blogging for Nonprofits):

A couple of things...

• First of all, this topic has certainly struck a chord with people. The response has been beyond our expectations. The Meetup Page has 39 Yes RSVP's and 11 Maybe's. Plus another bunch have RSVP'd via Facebook. This is great, and will enhance the energy and collective resources we have to work with.
  
• The flip side of the tremendous response is that it will be crowded. IndyHall has held this type of crowd in the past (though not for Net Tuesday), but be forewarned.
  
• Since the last email went out on December 31, we've confirmed two more panelists for a total of five:
  

• Andrew Schwalm and the First Person Arts blog and Malcolm X Park Blog
  
• Daniel Pantano and the Academy of Vocal Arts Opera Blog
  
• Judah Ferst and the Buzzing 4 Change blog
  
• Larry Blumenthal and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in Princeton blog
  
• Maryann Devine and the smArts and Culture blog
  

Plus we'll have breakout groups for "Build Your Own Blog" demo (hopefully with a real, live attendee); and also for planning ways for local nonprofit bloggers to support one another on an ongoing basis.

It promises to be a fun, interesting (and cozy) affair.
